Street performance in Copenhagen

When and where
· Performances without music are allowed all days 10:00-20:00
· You must move to a new location every hour - minimum 100 meters

Rules of conduct
· You may perform alone or in groups of two or three
· Your performance must not cause inconvenience to shops or residents
· Your performance must not hamper traffic or accessibility
· You may not play music or use any form of amplifiers as part of you act

No money
· You may not collect money
· You may not sell anything

Musical performance in Copenhagen

Musical performances are allowed at the following limited times:

Strøget including Gammeltorv/Nytorv, Amagertorv and Højbro Plads:

Monday - Friday 5 PM - 8 PM
Saturday - Sunday 2 PM - 5 PM

Rådhuspladsen and Kgs. Nytorv:

All days 7 AM - 10 PM

Other City:

Monday - Thursday 4 PM - 8 PM
Friday 3 PM - 8 PM
Saturday 10 AM - 5 PM
Sunday 12 AM - 5 PM

SOUND LEVEL

. You may not play louder than 60 DB - i.e. the acoustical level (for instance human voice or a violin)
. You may use an amplifier, if your electric instrument requires it, but the sound level must not exceed the acoustical level
. If you perform in a group, the overall sound level must not exceed the acoustical level
. You may not use a microphone for singing
